Mild Winter in LP

The weather has been really mild, saw kids playing baseball on SB Sunday at Lanes Fields. Speaking of Lanes, when will the dog owner's start picking up after their pups? Lots of people bringing their pets down there (no argument with that), but they seem to think their dog taking care of business is somebody else's business to clean up. Anyway, fingers-crossed that the rain and precip stays away as we get closer to March-April. Those folks could use the break.
